Job Responsibilities:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance
- Filing and archiving
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Compiling reports
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes
- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
- Maintain office IT equipment (Hardware & Software, Network Administration)
- Maintain Social media Accounts of the Company
- Supervising Office boy for the cleanliness of the office on daily bases
- Share staff attendance reports to his/her supervisor on daily bases
- Prepare weekly and monthly staff attendance reports
- Responsible for annual documentation such as renewal of organization registration.
- Daily task assignment to staff in the early morning, recompiling and reporting in evening.
- Prepare monthly staff salary
- Prepare tax documents for the organization
- Prepare EOBI documents for the organization
- Enter financial data into the system
- Prepare a balance sheet
- Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Track and reconcile bank statements
- Manage monthly office expenses and prepare monthly and annual reports.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
- Graduate from any HEC Recognized University. Master degree holder in Commerce/Computer sciences would be preferred.
Experience
- One (1) year minimum post-graduation relevant experience.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of computers (Software & Hardware)
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced MS Office Suit Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Must be a quick learner and flexible.
- Ability to lead a team.
